Welcome to the Levee Design and Assessment (LDA) Tools project website.
The project Levee Design and Assessment (known by the Dutch acronym TOI) will focus over the next few years on developing design and assessment tools suited to a risk-based approach to flood risk management. The aim of the project is to come up with a new set of assessment tools based on this risk-based approach, and to implement it prior to the start of 2017 assessment using the updated safety standards.
