A good idea to introduce the GetValues, to recognize the pull approach. However, instead of on the LinkableComponent, for now it has been put on the output item (see above).

5.1. Documentation / basic / changes
We will identify the parts of the Standard that are quite stable by now. These Items are:
- IValueDefinition and all related interfaces/enumerations
- IElementSet and related enumerations
- ITimeSet / ITime
This means that effectively the only interfaces not to be documented directly are:
- ILinkableComponent
- IExchangeItem and its descendents.
