Delft-Fews can read grib files and display these. the Ugrib program (http://www.grib.us/) can be used to download (sections) of the CFS gobal weather model. If you follow the following steps you can use this program to download files and import them directly into Delft-Fews. The Ugrib install is attached to this page (http://wiki.wldelft.nl/confluence/download/attachments/5497/install_UGRIB.exe). You can use the pre-registered user schj@xs4all.nl
- Configure Delft-Fews to read the grib data (see below)
- Download and install Ugrib (free registration needed)
- Setup Ugrib to download the grib files to the grib import dir (e.g. Import/UGrib) of Delft-Fews
- Select a region in UGrib and downloud this
- Run the import in Delft-Fews -> data should be visible in the Grid display
