To submit the job to the cluster, use putty, go to the folder containing the shell scripts and use . First convert xbeach.sh by typing: dos2unix xbeach.sh (this is necessary because of the difference between windows and linux line endings). Then submit the job by using the command: qsub -q normal-i7 xbeach.sh
