To submit the job to the cluster, use putty, go to the folder containing the shell scripts. First convert xbeach.sh by typing: dos2unix xbeach.sh (this is necessary because of the difference between windows and linux line endings). Then submit Submit the job by using the command: qsub -q normal-i7 xbeach.sh
