Modelling & optimisation of energy production from multiple tidal lagoons in Bristol Channel

The research of this master thesis deals with the optimisation of energy generation from a set of tidal lagoons in the Bristol Channel (UK). The lagoons are proposed by the UK-based firm Tidal Lagoon Power, and have a cumulative energy capacity approaching 7GW. Due to the size and complexities of these projects, optimisation of the energy production becomes an important issue, and so this thesis proposes to use

of Real-Time Control
