h3. OpenEarth wiki philosophy
This *wiki* is intended to be a low-level area to share documents, links and knowledge snippets related to management of Data, Models and Tools. For the more *sophisticated management* of Data, Models and Tools the OpenEarth [SubVersion repositories|http://subversion.tigris.org/] are used. The Data, Models and Tools and tools in these repositories will be shared via various levels of web services employing international standards like [netCDF|http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/], [CF parameter meta-data| http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/], [EPSG|http://www.epsg.org/] spatial meta-data [codes|http://www.epsg-registry.org/], [INSPIRE owner meta-data|http://www.inspire-geoportal.eu], [OPeNDAP|http://opendap.org/] (as running operationally for Rijkswaterstaat [MATROOS|http://matroos.deltares.nl/]) and [opengis|http://www.opengeospatial.org/] web map/feature/coverage servcies ([WMS|http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards/wms], [WCS|http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards/wcs], [WFS|http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards/wfs]). The data collection procedure and the relation between those standards is explained in the figure below and in the [Micore|http://www.micore.eu] [Data Standards] document.
