Dune growth modelling at the Sand Engine: coupling DFlow FM with AeoLiS

Research objective:

Develop an integrated process-based morphodynamic model including both hydrodynamics and bed level
updates (DFlow FM), and aeolian sediment transport (AeoLiS) to explain the dune growth variability and lagoon evolution at the
Sand Engine on a time scale of 1-3 years.
