How to setup the launch of Delft-FEWS
How to create a SA (2018.02 and upward)
1.Create a new folder (somewhere on your system), we'll use /fews/2018.02 in this example
2.Copy a (stand alone) application folder into this (2018.02) folder (aka the RegionHome folder)
3.Create a /bin/ folder in this (2018.02) folder
4.Copy/extract the basebuild in this /bin/ folder
5.Copy the patch into the (stand alone) application folder
6.Doubleclick bin\windows\Delft-FEWS.exe
7.Click second option (Path) for Create shortcut for and navigate to the (stand alone) application folder of the (2018.02) folder
8.Click on 'Create shortcuts' or 'Start FEWS' for launching your stand alone application
9.Next time you would like to start this application you can use the (desktop) shortcut, the startmenu or the Region home *lnk files
