Last year Alexey moved to ITC, before that time he led the Chesapeake Bay Community (CCMP) and he is strongly involved in iEMSs. So, it's not really Dutch input. I have working relationships with him and most of the other authors (Cecelia, Scott, Chris, and James) of this paper. You may also be interested in the new integrated environment modeling HUB (http://iemhub.org/) supported by EPA that will be launched at iEMSs 2010 early July.
