Dune growth modelling at the Sand Engine: coupling DFlow FM with AeoLiS

Research objective:

Develop an integrated process-based morphodynamic model including both hydrodynamics and bed level
updates, and aeolian sediment transport to explain the dune growth variability and lagoon evolution at the
Sand Engine on a time scale of 1-3 years.
