The current default behaviour is that the discharge of the Bernhardsluizen is dependent on Lobith discharge. Above a certain Lobith discharge (can be set by the user), the maximum discharge of the Bernhardsluizen is limited by the expression:

max(-0.00004*Q_Lobith*Q_Lobith + 0.1786*Q_Lobith - 144.51,10)

If the user does not want this limitation, i.e. he wants to have a fixed maximum discharge, then he can set the "grenswaarde Q Lobith" to a very high number (e.g. 15000). The Bernhardsluizen has the capacity given in the setting "Aanvoer capaciteitien", not by the current table.  

Note: in the table there is a field called "max Q bij overschrijding grens1", this value is not used. This is just a placeholder, and in reality the polynomial equation is used.
