Introduction
The Knowledge Gaps sub-project aims to create an overview of the remaining caveats in applying and upscaling green infrastructure facilities across New Orleans. This report does not provide an answer to the listed obstructions, but helps to assess where the most progress can be made in mainstreaming green infrastructure.
