- Tide service, check which constituents were used.
- get background images using wms using owslib/basemap in python notebook
- Analyze data
- Sea Level Time serie from a tide gauge file (PSMSL annual/monthly/Hawaii realtime)
- Real time data is not redistributable so I'll stick to PSMSL data.
- Setup a MCMC model to determine trend breaks in sea-level rise
Tools to be used:
- ODV for dataset (Sylvie will check if ODV will work with the myocean datasets.)
- python notebook example for tide and mapping
