Exploration of measurement techniques for flexible offshore structures

The internship involves the exploration of measurements techniques based on distributed fiber optic sensing (DSS and DTS), that can be used in small scale and large scale model tests to monitor scouring/sedimentation development. The internship is more focused on measurements using fiber optics in highly flexible artificial vegetation that is used for scouring protection.
