This netCDF wiki space contains all netCDF conventions needed in addition to the international agreed-upon CF conventions. This wiki page is meant as a discussion ground for agreeing on those additional conventions by, for instance, OpenEarth (data), the Deltares Software Centre (e.g. Delft3D, SIMONA), communities that co-develop numerical models at for instance TU Delft (e.g. SWAN) and Unesco-IHE (e.g. XBeach). Transitional netCDF conventions adopted for certain releases of software products can be published here. The additional conventions should be listed in the global Conventions attribute separated by a (space or comma or slash) from the CF conventions we advocate to use as primary convention.
