graceTime
To avoid numerous rate thresholds being issued during a period of heavy rain the graceTime period can be configured. After an initial threshold crossing for a given time series no further crossings will be issued for the duration of the graceTime period. Only if the time series crosses the next threshold level, an event will be issued.
