1- Go to the submission web site of ocean dynamics

click on "submission on-line"
2 - Log in as author (or register if your are not already registered)
3 - Click on “submit a new manuscript”
4 - Choose in the scrolling bar "Topical Collection Jonsmod 2018" and follow the instructions.
