Delft-FEWS Installation

If Tomcat is succesfully successfully installed and the FewsWebServices.war deployed, the FEWS configuration installation can be done. FEWS itself (i.e. the bin\ folder) is packaged inside the FewsWebServices.war. Please see below for notes regarding a Stand Alone Delft-FEWS application used in combination with the FEWS Web Services.
