When a run is started from the IFD it is by default automically automatically approved. Only when the configurator defines in the workflow descriptors that the workflow should not be automically automatically approved the forecast is not automically automatically approved.
When the config option enableAutoApprove is used a checkbox will appear on the run options panel. With this checkbox the forecaster can determine if the forecast should be approved automically after the run.
