- Copy the content of the sheet 'DisplayGroups_folders' from the sheet for model 2, to the end of the same sheet in the merged spreadsheet ('Region_Displays.xls'). The order of the elements in the list should not be changed.
- Make sure that the names of the plot id's match the names of the plot id's in the sheet 'DisplayGroups_plotdef).
- change 'plot_H_ref_all' of model 1 to 'plot_H_ref_all_MODEL1' (where MODEL1 is the model abbreviation for model 1)
- change 'plot_H_ref_all' of model 2 to 'plot_H_ref_all_MODEL2' (where MODEL2 is the model abbreviation for model 2)
- if necessary add the model abbreviation as post-fix to every plot id name (in case the model time steps are different and one has to use a separate plot definition for each model, see above)
- save the spreadsheet 'Region_Displays.xls'
example file (Anglian displays, meged models EO, NWN and YNN all use the same time step)
