To keep the FEWS datastore and the export database in sync a periodic export must be triggered within a period of 10 days and the configured exportTimeWindow should not exceed 10 days in length. Otherwise a full export (of the configured data sets) is performedThe exportTimeWindow will be applied if it is within the aforementioned 10 days period. Then it will limit the amount of data exported to be within the specified start and end.
