The following minimum system requirements are needed in order to install and run and install the program D-Flow Slide software:

Registered users can download the program D-FlowSlide from the download portal of Deltares, by using a password.
Install the program without administrator privileges!
If you have Administrator privileges you will be able to use the default directory 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Deltares\D-Flow Slide\’ to install D-FlowSlide.
If not or by or getting a message that only an administrator can Install D-Flowslide, please select an other directory with read/write persmissionspermission: For example use: D:\Deltares\D-Flow Slide\’.
To un-install the program, you need Administrator privileges. The templates files in your personal profile directory will not be removed.
An alternative way, if you do not have administrator privileges, is just remove the directory of the program and remove program from the "Start" menu.
Flow Slide projectfile
The project Project file of D-Flow Side has the extension *.fsx and the file it has the folowing characteristisc:
- It is a XML-file.
- It contains the all input data with the problem definition. So the The Project file can be reused in subsequent analyses .(Please use "Save as" to save each alternative calculation)
- After a calculation has been performed, the all output data will also be written stored into this the current Project file.
