Delft-FEWS and the Deltares Open Archive can easily be linked. Delft-FEWS has a lot of possibilities to export data  to the Deltares Open Archive which makes it easy to store data in the Deltares Open Archive from FEWS. At the same time Delft-FEWS can access the data stored in the Deltares Open Archive in several ways. Data from the Deltares Open Archivecan Archive can be used in Delft-FEWS from viewing purposes but it is also possible to download data from the archive and use the data in, for example, transformations and/or the general adapter. In the chapters sections below we will first explain how data from the Delft-FEWS can be exported to the Deltares Open Archive. We will also explain how to connect from a Stand Alone or an Operator Client to the Deltares Open Archive and use the data for viewing or calculation purposes.

The harvester of the archive will detect during its next run that new data was added to archive and update the catalogue accordingly.
