While application is starting being started it is necessary to initialize some resources, for example e.g. current implementation of xml serialization requires some time to prepare XmlSerializer classes required to load models or dataobjects for each model or data type which will be loaded/saved, initialization of gui, etc.. Splash screen was created to show progress on this information while application startsof these steps so that user will se what is happening.
