The Log Manager allows purging log events by date or severity level.
Since 2021.02 logs are deleted by specifying a date and one or more levels.
Logs will be purged with entries prior to specified date AND has one of the selected Severity Levels.
After selecting Purge, a confirmation dialog will be displayed with the selection made and the number of log events that will be purged.
Before 2021.02, Log files can be purged:
- On a date basis (delete all entries prior to this date)
- On a Severity level (delete all entries less or equal to this level). For example: when purging Log Level WARN, all logs of level INFO will be purged as well.
