Toolbox | To perform a number of operations according to the Toolbox selected from the Toolbox tab in the Top Menu. For all the supported models this is the quick mode of the model maker. |
Model physics | The data Group Model physics offers the user to selected which XBeach modules (e.g. swave, flow morphology) one wants to run. On top of that physical constants like gravitational acceleration and rho and fluid density can be specified. The physical advanced options are not yet operational. |

| Time input | There are two settings which need to be set in order to do an XBeach simulation. First of all the simulation time in seconds (tstop) needs to be set. Secondly, the time step used in the hydrodynamic simulation is determined based on a given maximum Courant number using the keyword CFL. |
| Wave input | The majority of the keyword keywords related to waves (e.g. boundary conditions, breaking parameters) can be set here. |
| Flow input | The majority of the keyword keywords related to flow (e.g. boundary conditions, bedfriction) can be set here. |
| Sediment input | The majority of the keyword keywords related to sediment transport (e.g. waveform, facSk, facAs) can be set here. |
