The editing of the steering file, as well as the definition of grid extension, resolution and set-up of the model bathymetry happens within the Working space, at the bottom of the Delft Dashboard home page. The items that are displayed, depend on the active selection on the active tab in the Model menu, e.g. Toolbox, Initial conditions or other settings for tabs for other settings in the model input files of the numerical model.
