Description

This transformation is used to sample a timeseries of several years into members of an ensemble, each year being copied to another ensemble members. The start year within the input value has to be specified, as well as the beginning of the year in startWaterYear if different from Jan 1st. Output variable should be of the same type as input variable. This transformation is mainly used to create climatological ensembles.
