Purpose
Use this function to plot a graph.
The handles of the axes and graphs are put in the plotOptions.
Remarks
- The plot handles have to be created first by streamPlotCreate.
- To create a plot with double y-axes, provide a cellarray with 2 elements instead of a single value for the variables concerning the y-axis.
