Overview
Imports spectral time series for point locations from SWAN ascii files. In the timeSeriesImportRun configuration file use importType "swan-spectrum" to import these files.
For this to work also need to configure the maximumSnapDistance option in the general section in the timeSeriesImportRun configuration file, because the locations in the file are mapped to locations in FEWS using their coordinates. This is needed since the SWAN ascii files do not contain location ids or names, only coordinates.
