2 Getting started

The HYMOS Import Wizard may be used to define import templates and to import files from other applications into your HYMOS database. After you have defined a template, you can import data using that template. Once a template is complete and stored, the import can be run more often, both from the user interface and from the command line, without user intervention. The latter makes it possible to run regular imports unattended using the Windows Task Manager, Delft FEWS or a scheduler.
To define a template, start the HYMOS Import Wizard. For this, you can use the shortcut that was created during installation.
