Series Remarks
The hymosData Edit and Entry function Series Remarks allows you to enter general information on validity of measurements and other general information. It also supports you in keeping track of the status of the series. Changes of measurement methods, broken equipment etc. are situations which have to be traced carefully. The user of Hymosentering information is stored, to be able to trace back any editing action. In the Select Date list box, all start dates of remarks within the processing period are presented
The information stored includes:
- the remark,
- period the remark refers to (double-click to change date, or edit in the date text field),
- status of execution of the remark,
- additionally required action,
- date of the remark, and
- name of the person who made the remark.
Press <Save> to save the entered information in the database, <Delete> to delete a remark from the database, <Add New> to add a new remark or <Close> to leave the window without saving.
Note:
Only the remarks with a start date within the processing period are presented in the Select Date list box. It is however possible to make a new series remark with a start date outside the processing period. When saving this remark, the start date of it will not be presented in the Select Date list box.
