3.3 Id conversion file
Importing data from one system to the other means converting station names and parameter names. If there is a set list of these names and parameters an Id conversion file can be applied. This is a csv file containing two columns separated by a comma. In the left column the names used in the HYMOS database are listed, in the right column the name used in the import files are listed. When defining the station and parameter translation in section 3.5 and section 3.6 this conversion is applied on top of the settings for these options. The HYMOS Import Wizard will check all names in the left column for both de list of stations and the list of parameters. It is therefore important that there is no overlap between the two lists (e.g. in this case a station with the name PH).
