The following minimum system requirements are needed in order to run and install the D-Flow Slide software, either from CD or by downloading from the Deltares website:

- 1 GHz Intel Pentium processor or equivalent
- 512 MB of RAM
- 500 MB free hard disk space
- SVGA videokaart, 1024 x 768 pixels, high colors (16 bits)
D-Flow Slide Files
*.fsx project file (XML):
- Contains the input data with the problem definition. This file can be reused in subsequent analyses.
- After a calculation has been performed, all output is written to this file too.
