Delft-FEWS
Delft-FEWS is an open shell system for managing forecasting processes and handling time series data. It incorporates a wide range of general data-handling utilities and provides open interfaces to external forecasting models. Its modular and highly configurable design allows Delft-FEWS to be applied in many contexts, such as data storage and retrieval, to simple forecasting systems, to complex configurations that integrate a full range of modeling techniques. Delft-FEWS can be deployed either as a stand-alone, manually operated system or as a fully automated, distributed client–server environment. Delft-FEWS is available free under license.
