Purpose
Use this function to put or update the value of a sensor locations in the streamInfo.
Remarks
- If no shortname is provided, a GUI is used to update one or more locations.
- If the coordinate system of the location is changed, the user is being asked whether the location coordinates should be transformed into the chosen coordinate system.
