This transformation takes a time series, and replaces the values to the highest value, that has been observed up to that point. It ignores unreliable values. 

Example:

input:     0 1 5 2 3 7 3 3 

output:  0 1 5 5 5 7 7 7


The transformation supports scalar and grid time series. The input and the output types have to be the same. In case of an grid type time series set, the grid geometry must be the same for each time step.
