This data type comes from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center.
It describes a hurricane track from which the following information is taken by FEWS:
-Start time of the track with the first 10 numbers on line 3 in format yyyyMMddHH. For the example below it describes July 29th 2014 at 06:00.
Then for each line until "AMP"
-T*** with the 3 *'s describing the hours since start time (this is present on each line)
-***N and ****E describing the coordinates of the eye of the hurricane and is imported with external parameter ids "lat" and "lon" respectively (this is present on each line)
-3 numbers specifying the maximum wind speed of the hurricane and is imported with external parameter id "maxWind" (this is present on each line)
-R*** *** XX QD where R*** stands for Radius of wind speed 034, 050, 064 or 100 followed by the *** to specify the radius and XX QD stands for the quadrant of the hurricane NE QD, SE QD, SW QD or NW QD and is imported with external parameter ids R034NE, R034SE, R034SW, R034NW, R050NE, R050SE, R050SW, R050NW, R064NE, R064SE, R064SW, R064NW, R100NE, R100SE, R100SW, R100NW (this is not present on each line, it will start with the highest available R*** and is always followed by all lower R***)
Everything after the line with "AMP" will be skipped
