Manual Forecast Display
The actual start time of the Modflow run itself is not defined in the Manual Forecast Display, but in the ofs file.
In the Manual Forecast Display the T0 is important for all calculations done within FEWS (statistics, comparison, etc.).
The run start time per definition has to be at least one our before T0 (The run start time only has to be set if you are using another than the default state).
Example:
- run start time in the ofs file is 01-01-1969 00:00
- set T0 to 01-01-1969 00:00
- set run start time to 23-12-1968 23:00
