The ScenarioEditor files for the two models should be put together in one file. The first section (mapDefaults) of the ScenarioEditor files should be merged into one new section containing the esriShapeLayer references to both model boundaries. The next section (editorFilters) should be copied below each other in the new file. Make sure you copy all the scenarios specified in each original xml file. The ScenarioEditor file is part of the DisplayConfigFiles directory.
