Calibration | Description of the offset, linear sensitivity and range of a sensor |
Coordinate System | A logical coordinate system relative to a parent coordinate system, defined by a rotation axis, a rotation angle and a translation |
Datafile | File or structure containing the data of a test |
Location | Physical location of a sensor in some orthogonal coordinate system, defined by X, Y and Z |
Plot Frame | Standard frame of lines and texts in which the data is plotted |
Plot | Graphical representation of the data |
Sensor | Physical transducer to measure a quantity |
Shortname | Short name of a variable. This can be a user defined or a system variable |
SMARF | Acronym for the 5 STREAM phases: Setup, Measurement, Analysis, Report, Filing |
STREAM | Acronym for Standardized Test Result Exchange and Archiving Method |
StreamInfo | A technical structure, which is used in most functions to transfer both the Testdefinition and the datafile from and to functions |
Test | A single run of a type of test |
Testid | Identification of a test |
Testdefiner | Deltares tool for managing Testdefinitions |
Testdefinition | File or structure containing the definition of a test |
Type of test | A specific test done via a specific procedure |
Void value | Value to be put in a column if the row doesn't have a valid value for that column |
