Start a New Test

Description

A new test can be started if a Testdefinition is available. The name of the initial output file and the testid must als be provided or chosen.
During the creation of the initial test file the default values from file stream.ini are added to the file, see Configure the STREAM Library section 'Other'.
The user is being asked to enter of verify the project identification of the test.
