The Archives.xml is used to configure the Delft-FEWS archive which will be used for the seamless integration.
The seamless integration between the Delft-FEWS archive and the operational database means that when data is not found in the operational database that
FEWS will search for this data in the archive.
The seamless integration is now available in the plots (timeseries-dialog) for external historical timeseries and for simulations and external historical time series in the FEWS pi-services.
