Reference to the file name and location of the help file

systemHelpUrl

Base Url to a FEWS help web page.

This web page will be opened in the browser when pressing F1 or after clicking the help button.

When opening the help from a specific part in FEWS like the spatial display, an anchor will be added to the url.

For instance when the system help url is "http://www.fewsmanual.com/" and the help is opened from the spatial display the complete url to be openend in the browser will be: "http://www.fewsmanual.com/#spatialDisplay".

It is also possible to already include the anchor (#) in the base url, then "spatialDisplay" will be added without an extra #.

This would be the case when referring to this wiki since it always includes the page name in its anchor.

Example:

system help url: "https://publicwiki.deltares.nl/display/FEWSDOC/WIKI+Help+test#WIKIHelptest-" will refer to "https://publicwiki.deltares.nl/display/FEWSDOC/WIKI+Help+test#WIKIHelptest-spatialDisplay" when help openened from spatial display.

regionId

Overruling regionId. By default the regionId is taken from the REGION_HOME directory variable. This can be used by the archive dialogue in the case that the REGION_HOME variable differs between OC clients (e.g. Salzburg and SalzburgOC for the OC).
