showThresholdWarningIcons
This is by defaulttruesetting determines the default value for whether the button for showing threshold icons is selected or not.
When FEWS closes, the current state of the button will be written to the user settings.
The next time FEWS starts, the state of the button will be taken from the user settings and will overrule what is configured in the config, but if it is set tofalse and the variable showWarningIcons in the FewsExplorer field of the user_settings.ini is not set, then the threshold icons in the data viewer are not shown. So this is overriden by the user settings.
