Importing grids as reference
Downloading and importing grid data can be time consuming. The option import grids as references can be used to only download and import the references to a grid file. , and the data can take up much space in the database. If one is connected the archive (and will be the next time the data is to be used), it is also possible to only import a reference to the data by selecting 'Import grids as reference.' The actual data will then only be imported when the actual data is they are needed in a workflow or the grid display.
