Imports hurricane track time series data from Japan Joint Typhoon Warning Center |
This data type comes from the Japan Joint Typhoon Warning Center.
It describes a hurricane track from which the following information is taken by FEWS:
-Start time of the track with the first 10 numbers on line 3 in format yyyyMMddHH. For the example below it describes July 29th 2014 at 06:00. -The code after the second space is used as location id. For the example below it is "HALONG"
Then for each line until "AMP"
