- Piled Embankments with Basal Steel Reinforcement (PEBSTER), with partners TU Darmstadt, Institute of Geotechnics, Keller, and SHM Systems. PEBSTER is a GEOLAB transnational project and a TKI project.
- Groundwater in geotextile embankments, with partner Solmax-TenCate. This is a TKI project, funded by a TKI-PPS funding of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.

- Deltares frequently opens the doors of its experimental facilities to support innovative initiatives from Dutch start-ups and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), enhancing interaction with these businesses. With the SME challenge, Deltares is offering free access to the Hydro and Geo facilities and laboratories to test design concepts of innovations. A second 2024 round will be done in the autumn of 2024, and registration is already possible.
