There are multiple fallback options for the meteo input. The hyarchie is as follows:
- CPTEC 1km
- CPTEC 5km
- GFS 0.5degrees
- Extrapolate last value: -3days for hindcast and +3days for forecast
- Seasonal fallback: period 2010 untill 2025
- Constant value
